SUBJECT: Shifting of duties formerly assumed by the Vice President for Administrative Services (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014)
Thank you for your patience as I transitioned from the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services to the Office of the President.
As a result of the Administrative Services interim reorganization, some of the duties formerly assumed by the Vice President for Administrative Services, have been redistributed to Stuart Trippel, Interim Executive Director for Business and Student Support Services and Holly Woodmansee, Interim Executive Director for Budget, Capital Financing and Physical Plant as follows:
Stuart Trippel
- Approval & signing of contracts, agreements, MOUs, etc.
- Approval & signing of Personnel Requisition Form(s) under the Vice President for Business line (which will be modified to reflect the changes)
- Attendance at JU/MC (Joint Union/Management Committee) meetings
- Liaison to Strategic Planning and Budget Committee (SPBC)
Holly Woodmansee
- College Representative to Business Affairs Commission (BAC)
- Approval & signing of SCC Meals, Coffee, and Light Refreshments Request Form(s)
- Insurance and Risk Management issues
- Continued approval & signing of Personnel Requisition Forms under the Budget Director line
