Here are some highlights of what to plan for this week. Please make sure to submit your events to DAAG and the calendars!
Monday, Oct. 7:
Blood donations will be taken in the PUB quiet dining room from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. (closed for lunch from 11:30-12:30) with the Puget Sound Blood Center. Make sure to eat before you donate and grab a cookie! Picture ID is required.
Special meeting of the Board of Trustees will start at 1 p.m. in the board room of the 1000 building.
Tuesday, Oct. 8:
Beating writer’s block workshop. A great workshop for students to get over writer’s block, learn how to start a paper and learn some tools for developing ideas to move forward in the writing process. The workshop takes place Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 2-2:50 p.m. in room 1501.
Wednesday, Oct. 9:
The Involvement fair will be taking place in the PUB main dining and is the best source for how to get involved on campus. Make sure to let students know to head over throughout the day to discover more about clubs and organizations they can get involved with.
