Moment of loudness set for 12:12

Gov. Inslee proclaimed a moment of loudness at 12:12 p.m. today, Feb. 5. At 12:12 make sure to make as much noise as possible and if possible meet at the flag pole for a raising of the 12th flag! Here is the proclamation.  ‪#‎Seahawks‬
