Please remind your students graduating Spring and Summer to submit their application for degree to the Cashier’s Office in the 5000 (Foss) building no later than Tuesday, April 15. Applications for Summer quarter graduating students NOT participating in the June 8 ceremony should be submitted by Tuesday, July 15.
Also, all planning sheets for professional/technical programs need to be filled out, signed by both the program Advisor and Division Dean and submitted along with the Application for Degree or Certificate to the Credentials Evaluator in Enrollment Services.
