Friday, May 2:
The world dance party is coming to campus! From 6:30-9 p.m. in the PUB join us for food, fun and learning a couple new dances. Just bring a dish to share and your dancin shoes!
Saturday, May 3:
Baseball takes on Olympic College in Bremerton in a double header. First game starts at 1 p.m. #GoPhins
Sunday, May 4:
Help support the food bank; volunteer for North Helpline’s 2014 Empty Bowls at Nathan Hale High School. This is a one-day event and will have two volunteer shifts: the first shift will go from 10:30 – 3:30 p.m. and the second shift will be from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Monday, May 5:
Multicultural week starts and runs until May 9 with multiple events on campus.
The Biology of Burnout with Zenyu Healing in the PUB quiet dining room starts at 9 a.m.
Heroes will host a book drive in the PUB starting at 11:30 a.m. with a focus on collecting reading materials for children and prisoners in the community through Hopelink and the Center for Human Services.
Diabetes awareness in the PUB at 12:30 p.m. with the Nursing 242 Health Promotions Class. They will cover the risk factors and signs and symptoms relating to different cultures. We are handing out brochures about where to get blood sugar testing, and where to go for further information if you think you have or might be at high risk for this disease.
Healing Orientalism starts at 1:30 p.m. in the PUB quiet dining room with North Seattle Community College faculty, Chilan Ta and Shoreline faculty Michelle Kleisath. Participants will take away new approaches to healing and reclaiming our humanity which generate from a deep understanding of Orientalism and cultural appropriation.
The SBA Parliament will host its regular meeting from 3-5 p.m. in the Boardroom in the 1000 building! Make sure to encourage students to get involved in their student government!
