Veterans events this week

Just a reminder that we have two Veterans-related events this week.  Any and all are encouraged and welcome to attend!

Thursday, May 22 from 2:30 – 4  in the Board Room, 1000 Building

• Faculty Training: “Classroom Suggestions for Faculty Serving Returning Veterans”  presented by Kim Thompson, Dean of Students and Karen Ehnat, Acting Director of Office of Special Services
• This training focuses on how to be veteran-supportive in the classroom and is open to staff as well.

Friday, May 23 at 12:30 p.m. at the flagpole

• Memorial Day Flag Ceremony with the Shoreline Singers
