Philosophy and Film MOOC being offered

Constantly pondering philosophical questions like, what role should the government have? Or, what is the good life?

Shoreline will offer a free MOOC called “Philosophy and Film” with William Lindenmuth, associate professor of Philosophy.

The course will be available at Canvas.Net from July 21 to September 15, for you to enjoy exciting philosophical issues through the medium of film. As Lindenmuth argues, philosophy gives us a sense of personhood, place, and purpose; and film is a concentrated medium particularly suited for this.
