With a beach theme, Classified employees and others gathered for the 2014 Classified Social at Shoreline Community College.
The annual event is traditionally scheduled for the spring quarter prep day, the day between the last day of classes and the first day of finals. The event is made possible through the generosity of the Puget Sound Automobile Dealers Association (PSADA), the Foundation, Administrative/Exempt Supervisors & Senior Administrators.
Dean of Students Kim Thompson acted as emcee and introduced Interim President Daryl Campbell who thanked the classified employees for their service to students.
The event included prizes for best beach hat, beach shoes, overall appearance and for guessing the number of jelly beans in a jar.
“It was a great turnout,” Thompson said. “Thanks to all the supervisors and administrators who support this event and enable folks to attend.”
