Weekend Update

Here is a look at some of the things happening on and around campus this weekend!

Friday, September 26:

Canvas student orientation at 11:30 in room 1308

There will be a workshop on Study Abroad programs at 1:30 p.m. in room 9208.

Banned Books Week is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read. Typically held during the last week of September we will meet in front of the Library at 12:30. This event highlights the value of free and open access to information, the cornerstone of education.  We will gather to read some passages from some of the commonly banned or challenged books that impacted us.  Feel free to come with a passage to read.

Join us as we celebrate Shoreline’s 50th Anniversary in the courtyard near the PUB and the rock river near the theater at 6 p.m.

Volleyball travels to Skagit for a 7 p.m. match. #GoPhins

Saturday, September 27:

Women’s soccer takes on Green River at Twin Ponds Park at 5:30 p.m. #GoPhins

Monday, September 29:

Auditions for “You can’t take it with you” will be happening from 12:45-3 p.m. in the theater lobby. Sign up online.
