Just a reminder! At 10:16 a.m. today is The Great Washington Shakeout, part of an international earthquake safety awareness campaign. More than a million Washingtonians are expected to take part and 25 million around the globe.
The Shoreline Community College Public Information Office will send out a test message using the college emergency notification system, Rave Alert. The test message will be sent by e-mail, voicemail and text message as well as posts on Twitter, Facebook and an RSS feed.
All college employees and students can check their emergency- message preferences at www.shoreline.edu/connect to make sure they receive the test message and any future emergency messages.
