With Holly Woodmansee taking a position at Bates Technical College, her responsibilities have been assigned to Mary Kelemen, Executive Director for Auxiliary and Logistical Support Services.
At least for now, Kelemen will oversee the areas that had been under Woodmansee’s position as Executive Director of Budget, Capital Finance and Physical Plant. Kelemen will have help on budget and finance items from Ann Martin-Cummins who will continue in her role as Budget Analyst. Director of Facilities and Capital Projects Bob Roehl will report to Kelemen. For those on campus who would normally interact with Woodmansee on college business, those contacts should now go to Kelemen.
The plan is to fill Woodmansee’s executive director-level job. The details are being worked out now with a posting expected in the coming week. Once the position is filled, it is expected that some responsibilities will be reassigned.
Woodmansee’s final day at Shoreline was today, Friday Oct. 24, 2014. She’s taking the job of Vice President for Administrative Services at Bates.
