Please take a few minutes to complete a short safety survey with questions about workplace safety that are relevant for each one of us. Each year a safety survey is administered by the Office of Risk Management, a division of the Department of Enterprise Services. The 2014 Safety Survey will be open for higher education employees through November 28, 2014.
To complete the survey, please follow this link. The survey is anonymous, easy-to-use and short. Results will be collected by Risk Management through Nov. 28, 2014, then tallied and sent in summary form to each state agency in December.
This effort is aimed at helping to enhance our culture of worker safety. The State’s agencies use the survey results to develop a safety action plan for addressing the issues identified. Survey information will assist your Safety Officers and Safety Committee members to evaluate our safety program here at Shoreline Community College, identify gaps, and plan safety initiatives to enhance employee workplace safety.
