In their April newsletter to educators, Quality Matters (QM) shared the story of Jerry Baker. Jerry speaks about things he’s learned and positive feedback he’s received from students as a result of using the QM process.
Approximately 1000 institutions of higher education in 6 countries participate in the Quality Matters program. For Jerry, and Shoreline, to be spotlighted suggests that what’s taking place on our campus is exceptional.
