Greetings All,
Tomorrow is almost here, and we are excited to welcome you to our inaugural Classified & Admin Training Day at Shoreline Community College! Below please find a break down of what to expect:
ON-CAMPUS ATTENDEES:
- Check-in begins at 8:30AMin the Theatre (Bldg 1600).
- Stop at the welcome table and pick up your nametag.
- There will be coffee, tea, muffins, croissants, and fruit to start the day.
- Please don’t forget to bring a notebook and something to write on!
- All morning sessions will take place in the Theatre (Bldg 1600).
- Boxed lunches will be distributed in the Theatre Lobby at 12:00PM.
- Your nametag will have your lunch order in case you forget.
- Rooms 1811, 1812, 1813, and 1814 have been set up for you to join colleagues for lunch.
- Afternoon sessions locations can be found on the schedule HERE.
- Signage will be in place to direct to these locations as well.
ONLINE ATTENDEES:
- Morning sessions can be found on the schedule HERE.
- All morning sessions will be live streamed (but not hybrid).
- Online participant will not be able to interact during these sessions due to AV limitations in the room.
- Lunch (on your own)
- We miss you on campus and hope to see you in person next time (if possible)!
- Afternoon sessions can be found on the schedule HERE.
- A dedicated online moderator has been assigned for each session.
- Moderator will manage the chat functions and keep online connected to the training.
