Students will have the opportunity to combine cardiovascular and strength training techniques to develop a balanced fitness program in this class, designed to help you achieve the perfect routine.
Great for beginners or those getting back into a fitness routine!
Class will meet twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, in the new upper level fitness center.
