Spring Quarter Updates:
Executive Team (ET) Open Office Time
The Executive Team (ET) is now scheduling and holding virtual open office time via Microsoft Bookings:

College Council Updates
Executive Team approved College Council’s recommended Space Use Change Requests from the Facilities and Technology Committee (FATC) as follows:
Workforce Department change in relocation Bldg. 2100, Second Floor to Bldg. 1400 (Requester: Lauren Hadley and College Council):
- FATC Action: Discussed College Council’s request to revise relocation from Bldg. 2100 to Bldg. 1400 and reviewed Workforce’s Student survey results and workspace assignment plan. PIE Department and SBDC will remain in Bldg. 1400. Faculty offices to be moved to Bldg. 5000 to be with other Faculty. Recommend sending to College Council for approval.
- College Council Action: Discussed and approved request. Recommend to send to E-Team for approval.
- E-Team Action: Discussed and request approved.
Convert vacated Workforce area into Facilities supply, material, and construction swing-space storage (Requester: Kimberlee Clark):
- FATC Action: Discussed and request approved. Recommend sending to College Council for approval.
- College Council Action: Discussed and request approved. Recommend sending to E-Team for approval.
- E-Team Action: Discussed and request approved.
Next steps are to:
- Schedule the moves and infrastructure work around ongoing daily operations, existing Space Use Change approvals, and the Academic Calendar;
- Identify and encumber renovation, remodeling, and relocation budget funds; and
- Enter TDX work orders for Facilities, TSS, and CSS queues and mobilize vendors and staff, as appropriate.

Business Administration
- Mail Services
- Please notify Kimberlee Clark, Aimee Henson, or Gayla Hocker if you have an immediate need for a package that has been delivered to the Mail Room. Facilities and Grounds Maintenance is very busy setting up for Commencement and is only able to sparsely deliver packages this week while we continue spread out staff coverage of Mail Services. Thank you for your assistance and patience as there might be additional days added to the delivery time.

Foundation:
The Foundation team is excited to celebrate the achievements of our graduates at commencement this week! New this year, diploma inserts will include a special invitation encouraging students to stay connected with Shoreline Community College through the Alumni Network – a free lifetime membership offering campus perks, special invitations, and valuable networking opportunities.
At the commencement reception, we’ll also have a dedicated Alumni Network table with swag and information on how graduates can stay involved. We aim to build a strong alumni network that fosters lasting connections, supports career growth, and creates ongoing opportunities for engagement and success.
