Fiscal and Accounting Services
Travel Pre-Approval by E-Team Member: Dr. Kahn’s “Planning Memo Part 2 Cost-reduction Strategies 2025-2026” email dated 7/10/2025 states that E-Team Members must pre-authorize travel authorization requests. An excerpt is posted here:
“All travel must be pre-approved by the appropriate Executive Team member and their approval document (email, etc.) uploaded along with other travel documentation, e.g. agenda, lodging estimates, etc., in the ctcLink Travel Authorization form.”
Please use the “New Travel Authorization Approval Form” to document your E-Team Member’s pre-approval and submit along with your other travel authorization paperwork. It is posted on the Employee Forms and Resources Intranet page under Forms & Processes. Screen snip is below.

Mail Services
As operations and coverage of the Mail Services Department continues among different employees, we need your help as we adjust our mail and package handling and delivery procedures.
To help complete our mission to timely send and receive interoffice mail, USPS mail, and other carrier packages, please pick up and drop off your items at the Mail Services Office (Room 9100) located at the external loading dock on the ground floor of the PUB 9000 Building. Please do not come to the interior door as the noise levels inside cover up door knocking sounds.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact Joe Mazur, Kimberlee Clark, Aimee Henson, or Gayla Hocker.
Technology Support Services (TSS)
Summer Surplus and eWaste Initiative Update: Work progresses to remove and responsibly dispose of outdated equipment across campus. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has reached out to identify surplus items and help coordinate pickups. Your support in this endeavor has been invaluable.
We are in the final stages of the project, reporting item quantities to the State, and scheduling final pickup appointments. As a result, TSS will temporarily pause any new surplus pickup requests until the current phase is complete.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding.

Advancement & Foundation
Join Us at The Giving Table 2025!
Planning is underway for Shoreline’s annual signature fundraiser, the Giving Table Luncheon, happening on Friday, November 7. This event celebrates students and funds programs that help Shoreline thrive. Here are some ways to get involved before the big event!
Be a Giving Table Table Captain
We’re inviting anyone who wants to serve as a Table Captain to reach out ASAP. Captains invite guests, encourage giving, and help share the impact of Shoreline College’s work. This year’s spotlight is on Transitional Studies, which supports pre-college learners, English language learners, and youth reengaging with education. For details on how to get involved as a leader at this meaningful philanthropic event, please reach out to wcoates@shoreline.edu.
Support Through Sponsorship
Giving Table sponsorships are off to a strong start, with $24,500 already pledged toward our $50,000 goal. Sponsors help ensure students have access to critical resources during a time of significant funding challenges. If you know of a company or community contact who may want to support this effort, please connect them with the Foundation at sccfoundation@shoreline.edu
