Campus Network Maintenance and Service Outage Sat., March 31

On Sat., March 31, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, all on-campus networks and services will be unavailable as Technology Support Services will be replacing the main campus switch to improve network service and connectivity. Services will be accessible upon completion of migration and testing, with an all-campus email notifying faculty and staff that services have been restored.

Approximately 15-30 minutes prior to the maintenance period, an all-campus email reminding any faculty and staff of the advertised outage will be sent.

If you are going to be on campus, there will be no service connectivity. Do not attempt to utilize any network services from on campus during these hours as data loss will occur. Email and Canvas services will remain accessible from off campus.

TSS appreciates your cooperation and understanding during this outage.

Recommend students for Student Government

Student Life is getting ready to hire our 2018-2019 team of ASG Officers and we need help finding strong potential candidates. Serving in Student Government is an excellent leadership opportunity for students and we want to spread the word and reach out to students across campus who might not otherwise hear about or apply for these positions.

If you know any students who you think could be great members of student government please take a moment to fill out this recommendation form by the end of the day on Friday 3/2/2018.

You can recommend as many students as you’d like and each student will be individually contacted and encouraged to apply.

Feel free to share this form with any other employees who might want to recommend students, and thank you for your help.

Workplace safety survey – please complete by Friday, February 23

Please take a few minutes to complete a brief safety survey by the end of the day this Friday, February 23, with questions about workplace safety.

To complete the survey, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2018_SafetySurvey. The survey is anonymous, easy-to-use, and short. Results will be collected by the Department of Enterprise Services and returned in summary form to the College.

This effort is aimed at helping to enhance our culture of worker safety. Survey information will assist College staff to identify gaps and and plan safety initiatives to enhance employee workplace safety.

Thank you for your participation.
