Request Inclusion in the Community Report by Nov. 4!

creportThe Community Report (CR) is mailed quarterly to approximately 60,000 households in the surrounding area.  It is a collection of the past quarter’s “biggest” news plus event advertising and announcements regarding the Shoreline Community College Foundation.

You can use the CR to:

  • advertise an upcoming event; small to full-page advertisements are possible
  • put your news story out to local residents

If you want to have your story or event included in the next Community Report, please contact Jim Hills in the 1000 building: jhills@shoreline.edu or 206-546-4634.

Shoreline represented at NACAC college fair!

amy at NACACShoreline Community College is being represented out in the local community. This week Amy Stapleton is back at the National Association for College Admissions Counseling college fair in Seattle on Friday, Oct. 31 and Saturday, Nov. 1. This is the fifth time Amy has been to the NACAC college fair.

Taking place at the Washington State convention center, Shoreline has a booth with information alongside more than 300 other schools from around the world. Amy has the chance to talk with thousands of students from local high schools (and students from abroad) and share about how Shoreline can fit their needs.

Like universities, fall is a busy time of recruiting for Amy. She might not be as far traveled as the international department recruiting staff, but she has been busy visiting fairs and high schools in the region.
