The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 beginning at 12:30 PM. The purpose of the May 24 special meeting is for the Board to meet with first-year and second-year Appointment Review Committee (ARC) Chairs in executive session. (Meeting slots for the May 24 meeting with the Board were scheduled with the ARC Chairs in advance.) The business to be transacted in this meeting is attached.
Due to the continual and changing information related to COVID-19, the May 24, 2022 special meeting will be held virtually. This special meeting will be recorded, and the video, available, when Board materials are posted for the June 22, 2022 regular meeting.

NOTICE OF VIRTUAL SPECIAL MEETING
The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 commencing at 4:00 PM with a special session. A study session is scheduled to precede the special session at 3:00 PM. The business to be transacted in this meeting is attached and will also be posted to https://www.shoreline.edu/about-shoreline/board/meeting-packets-2018.aspx by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The May 25, 2022 special meeting will be recorded and the video, available, when Board materials are posted for the next regular meeting on June 22, 2022.
The agenda for this special meeting includes the Board’s usual regular meeting agenda.
