Campus Updates 9/4/2025

Events and News

Hi folks, I hope all are well.

This past week I’ve been preparing documents for next week’s ET retreat as well as the Board retreat the week after. I’m also working to get everything together for Convocation to share where we are with the financial updates from the state, reconciliations, and DEI & International challenges.  We will also share some preliminary steps to address concerns and set the stage for some great discussions with campus.

Cheers,

Jack

Campus Updates 8/28/2025

Events and News

Good afternoon all,

I want to apologize for my absence from recent communication on this update. I’ve been away in Arizona supporting my family during a very difficult time. My father was hospitalized and, sadly, passed away last weekend. As many of you who have experienced the loss of a parent know, it’s very challenging for a variety of reasons.

I really appreciate the kind words and condolences I’ve received—they’ve meant a lot.

I’ve returned this week and made it a priority to be present for our community check-in. I’m looking forward to reconnecting and continuing our important work together.

Cheers,

Jack
