Waves of Gratitude
Waves of Gratitude for Frank Frias of Enrollment Services for respect, student engagement and 24/7 work. Thank you to Frank Frias for his amazing work during this huge ctcLink transition and registration process! Frank has been incredibly helpful and solved issues for my coworkers, students, and me quickly and always with a smile, even while I know he is handling so many things. Great work, Frank; I can’t express my appreciation fully! Miranda Levy, Student Accessibility Services.
Waves of Gratitude for Mary Bonar of Humanities & ESL/ABE/GED for Inclusive Excellence.
I am so grateful that Mary has been part of the team working on setting up Curriculum Management (courses, classes, fees, etc.) in ctcLink. She has been instrumental in ensuring things are set up properly by asking probing, insightful questions that have identified problems, led us to look at issues in more depth, and to think out of the box to find creative solutions. She’s not afraid to ask hard questions, suggest solutions when she identifies problems, or pitch-in to help when she can. She’s a team member I know I can rely on, and I appreciate that. Jenifer Aydelotte, Student Services
As a reminder, for those wishing to acknowledge the work of fellow shoreline staff members or a group at Shoreline, you need only submit a Waves of Gratitude form for individuals or a Shoreline Shoutout for groups. Thanks from the Employee Recognition Committee – Rob, Wanda, and Megan.
Fee calculation under construction- ctcLink
During the transition to ctcLink, certain fees associated with classes and programs were not converted correctly. Many students who have already registered and are registered this week will see their balance due adjusted as these fees are updated.
All corrections will be made and loaded into students’ accounts by Tuesday, March 29 at 5:00pm.
If students have questions about their balance due, they can contact AccountsReceivable@shoreline.edu.
If students need assistance paying your balance due, please consult Shoreline’s Funding and Aid page
