The mission of the institute is to provide education training and economic and social development advisory services to government agencies and state-owned corporations in the province. International education promotion and global engagement is an important component of their programs. Shoreline has been partnering with the institute for several years prior to the pandemic. Accompanying Director Dai was Aaron Quan, a local partner who has worked with Shoreline for several years and regularly refers students to the College.
