Additional Information on CRASE Trainings

Dear Colleagues and Campus Community,

Thank you for your responsiveness to yesterday’s post about the upcoming training, I have already numerous confirmations for attendance and several emails with questions or concerns. This training is provided by commissioned officers from the King County Sheriff’s Office in addition to their assigned responsibilities. Discussions have already begun with our partners at the King County Sheriff’s Office around the possibility of having an additional training seminar in early 2023 and seeing if it is feasible to provide it annually during the college’s opening week. We also have a request entered and if given permission, we will live stream and record the seminar and post the video to the Safety & Security website so that it can be accessed freely.

Please contact Acting Director of Safety & Security Greg Cranson via email at granson@shoreline.edu with any questions or comments.
