SES Faculty Program Coordinators – Position Announcements

Greetings,
Due to an issue currently being resolved with the all faculty push list, this message is being sent via all staff to reach faculty interested in 2022-23 faculty program coordinator positions.

These FPC positions are open to currently employed full-time faculty or pro-rata faculty within the program being supported.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

For first consideration, interested applicants should submit a letter to HR by email to hr@shoreline.edu indicating their interest by 4:30 p.m. FRIDAY, June 3, 2022.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The FPC will be appointed by the Division Dean, in consultation with the discipline faculty. Questions regarding this FPC position may be directed to your Division Dean at any time.

West Gate Closure- UPDATE

West Gate Closure

College community –

Starting Monday, May 23, through Thursday, May 26, the West Gate will be closed for access due to re-paving.  We apologize for the short notice and inconvenience.  This work was quickly scheduled to align with the sunny weather we are expected to have this week.

Notice of Tuesday, May 24, 2022 Virtual Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees

The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 beginning at 12:30 PM. The purpose of the May 24 special meeting is for the Board to meet with first-year and second-year Appointment Review Committee (ARC) Chairs in executive session. (Meeting slots for the May 24 meeting with the Board were scheduled with the ARC Chairs in advance.) The business to be transacted in this meeting is attached.
Due to the continual and changing information related to COVID-19, the May 24, 2022 special meeting will be held virtually. This special meeting will be recorded, and the video, available, when Board materials are posted for the June 22, 2022 regular meeting.
