From L. Patterson, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator Reviewing Benefit Information

Hello all,

Please review your benefit information in ctcLink. We have discovered that some of your benefit information has not converted correctly.

Here is a list of common errors to check:

  • Any and all dependents converted to ctcLink (if applicable).
  • Enrolled in the correct plans.
  • Tobacco user/non-user.

Here is a link for a guide to help you find this information in Employee Self Service. https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/79746/l/1115785-9-2-ess-benefits-summary-fluid

If you find any errors, please let me know.

Thank you,
