Free shuttle service for Shoreline Arts Festival this weekend
Staff and guests attending the Shoreline Arts Festival on campus this weekend are encouraged to take advantage of the free shuttle bus service that will be provided to the stops indicated below. Guests can catch the shuttle in front of Central Market or park in the designated lots shown and follow the orange arrows for ease of navigation.

The 29th Annual Shoreline Arts Festival is being held for the first time on campus this Sat., June 29 from 10am – 6pm and Sun., June 30 from 10am – 5pm. The festival will occupy the west parking lot along with the Theater (1600 bldg) and a few other buildings on the west side of campus. All are welcome to attend this free event, including: Arts Exhibits, Youth Art, Artist Marketplace, Cultural rooms, Hands-on Art, Stage & Music Performances, Food Court, Beer Garden, and various activities of all kinds.

Summer schedule 2019

Just a quick reminder that the College will shift to summer hours beginning Monday, July 1st through Friday, August 30th. During these dates, the College’s public operating hours will be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Supervisors are responsible for working with their department staff to confirm summer schedules that meet the business needs of the College, as well as helping to inform the general public and Shoreline community of the upcoming change in our summer operating hours. Please discuss and confirm your summer work schedule with your supervisor, and ensure your updated summer schedule is entered into the TLR system by the first week of July 2019. Please also update your email signature, phone messages, and office signage to reflect the summer business hours. For your convenience, attached is signage for you to post on your doors and in your buildings.

Classroom Support Services for Summer 2019
Classroom Support Services provides training on the AV system in your classroom and consultation on your ideas for ways to serve your students through the use of media technology tools. Media tools include Panopto for lecture capture, Zoom for web-based video conferencing, and academic video production services.
