The WA Annual Canvas Conference (WACC) is this week!

Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday for this reimagined conference. It’s open to all Shoreline employees – Faculty, Staff, and Admin, and it’s not about Canvas this year!

  • Tuesday, February 25 – Full day on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
  • Wednesday, February 26 – Full day on Accessibility

  • You are also welcome to join our Shoreline Watch Party happening in the Library. Drop in for a session or stay the whole day. Tuesday we will be having a potluck in the eLearning Offices, 4228, during the conference lunch break 12:00-1:00pm.

  • Amy Rovner is presenting on the “What and Why of Digital Accessibility” on Wednesday at 9:15-9:45am. 

Other Accessibility Highlights

  • A student panel, “Student Voices on Accessibility” on Wednesday 10:00-10:45am
  • A student is demonstrating their educational experience “Through the “Eyes” of a Screen Reader” from 11:00-12:00pm.
