Student Event- FYI Employer of the Day: On Campus Jobs – Work Study 1/14/25

Are you a domestic student at Shoreline Community College? If so, you may be eligible to work on campus through the national Work Study program. Come speak with Sophia Kemp, our college’s Work Study Coordinator through Financial Aid between 10:30AM and 12 noon to learn more.

The work-study program provides eligible students with part-time employment opportunities to assist with paying for educational expenses. Work-study is offered to students who have financial need as part of their financial aid package. Students may begin earning work study funds once they are authorized to start working.

Look for more Employer of the Day events from the Shoreline CC Career Center on Tuesdays throughout the school year!

For Your Awareness: Employer of the Day: Fastenal & Native Workforce 11/19/24 (Audience- Students)

Join us for a double dose of Employer of the Day!

Tuesday, November 19th from 11 am – 1 pm in the PUB lobby, both Fastenal and Native Workforce Services will be here to talk about the wide variety of early career opportunities and information about fair hiring practices. 

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with hiring employers in a relaxed but professional environment.

***Please note this will start a little later than usual, at 11 am, directly after the IE Coffee and Tea event. We hope to see you at both!
