Ready to take your musical talents to the next level? Shoreline Community College is offering two dynamic music ensembles this fall, open to both community members and students 16+.

Chorale Mixed Voice Ensemble

For those who enjoy singing, the Chorale Mixed Voice Ensemble is open to both ShorelineCC students and community members. This group explores a variety of musical styles, including classical, jazz, pop, folk, and world music. A quick placement check in the first week will help find the right section for you. With rehearsals twice a week over the 10-week quarter, it’s a great way to grow as a vocalist.

Shoreline Concert Band

For instrumentalists, the Shoreline Concert Band welcomes new members! The band brings together both Shoreline students and community musicians to perform a mix of traditional music, contemporary works, Broadway tunes, and more. No audition is required—just previous experience playing an instrument. Rehearsals meet weekly, and it’s open to anyone 16 and older who wants to play in a supportive, fun environment.

Students will have the opportunity to combine cardiovascular and strength training techniques to develop a balanced fitness program in this class, designed to help you achieve the perfect routine.

Great for beginners or those getting back into a fitness routine!

Class will meet twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, in the new upper level fitness center.
