Forma will be conducting some concrete work around 2900 and 4000 starting Monday, 1/8/24 through 5/9/24. A few paths near both 2900 and 4000 will be closed and repaved. The map below shows which areas will be closed. Signage will be placed to redirect foot traffic around the closed areas. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hello Campus Community,
Facilities will have a contractor onsite next week to pressure wash and recoat the north and south stairwells at the 2900 building. They will have signage posted around the stairwells and keep one open at all times during work. The schedule is as follows.
11/28 – pressure wash one stairwell at a time.
11/30 – prep and paint one stairwell.
12/1 – prep and paint one stairwell.

Good morning,
Due to the ransomware incident, Maintenance lost the ability to monitor the heat in buildings through our access control system. We have been working diligently with TSS and our control system provider (ATS) to resolve this issue. Until we have access to our system, Maintenance has been adjusting the heat manually at each building throughout the day. Though we can manually adjust, we are unable to set a temperature range and we are unable to monitor when buildings become too hot or cold. If your area is chilly, please email Facilities (facilities@shoreline.edu). We will do our best to respond quickly to adjust the temperature.

Hello Campus Community,
For our new 6000 building, the contractor, Forma, will be conducting a few building power shutdowns on campus. Here is the schedule and which buildings will be impacted.
Friday, 10/27: Buildings 2700 and 2800 (preparation for decommissioning).
Saturday, 11/4, and Sunday, 11/5: Buildings 1800, 2100, 2200, 2300, 2900, 3000, and 5000. Power will be off in these buildings from 7am on 11/4 until 4pm on 11/5.
