The Northwest International Education Association fall workshop will be held at Cascadia College on October 20 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. The theme this year is Global Human Security, featuring Dr. Jessica Beyer from the University of Washington—Jackson School as the keynote speaker. Dr. Beyer will be speaking on the issue of cyber threats impacting human security, human rights, and our democracy.

The International Education department will once again support a team of ten Shoreline faculty and staff to attend. We will keep a list and cover the registration fee for the first ten participants who sign up. The deadline to register is October 16.
