Commencement is fast approaching and the Commencement Committee is still in need of ushers for the 2014 Commencement Ceremony on Sunday, June 8, 2014. We hope that you will consider participating in this event that is so important to our students and their families.
Ushers will work during the ceremony on Sunday, June 8th, from 12:30-4:00 pm. There will also be a short informational meeting in the Gym lobby on Friday, June 8th at 1:30 pm.
Classified Staff will be compensated for their time (3.5 hours worked on Sunday) and may choose flex time (adjust their schedule the week after commencement), receive comp time, or paid overtime with the prior approval of their supervisor.
