Call for Assistance at Commencement Ceremony, June 7

The Commencement Committee is looking for ushers for the 2015 Commencement Ceremony on Sun., June 7, 2015. We hope that you will consider participating in this event that is so important to our students and their families.

Hours of work around and during the ceremony on Sun., June 7, would be 12:30-4:00 p.m. There will also be a short informational meeting in the Gym lobby on Fri., June 5 at 1:30 p.m. (at the start time of commencement rehearsal).

Classified Staff will be compensated for their time (3.5 hours worked on Sunday) and may choose flex time (adjust their schedule the week after commencement), receive comp time, or paid overtime with the prior approval of their supervisor. Please note that comp time must be used by June 30, 2015; if not, you will be paid for the time.
