The Fitness Center hours for winter quarter are:

Monday and Wednesday

8-10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Tuesday and Thursday
8-10:30 a.m. and 12:30-6 p.m.

Friday
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

The winter quarter intramural schedule is:

Yoga
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
12:35-1:25 p.m., Room 3025
Tuesday
5:05-5:50 p.m., Room 3025

Personal Training
Monday & Wednesday
5:05-5:50 p.m., Room 3007

Pilates
Tuesday
12:35pm – 1:25pm, Room 3025

Zumba
Thursday
12:35pm – 1:25pm, Room 3025

Improv Fitness
Thursday
5:05-5:50pm, Room 3007
