Dear Colleague,
Many of you have had opportunities to meet my dog Logan, a trained therapy dog who has provided comfort to people on and off campus for several years. This weekend, Logan passed away unexpectedly. While his passing is a deep loss for me personally, I also know Logan held a special place in many students’ and employees’ hearts here at Shoreline, where he unconditionally offered support, stress relief, and joy to many, especially at our end-of-the-quarter Breathe events. I wanted to be sure you knew of his passing and thank each of you for showing such kindness to Logan when he visited campus, a place that he truly loved.
With kind regards,
Cheryl Roberts, Ed.D.

I will miss Logan. President Roberts, thanks for sharing him with all of us. Woof woof. Actually, more like nudge nudge, I like to be petted. And if you don’t feel like it, I’ll just stand here, right next to you, and make sure you know I’m here for you.
