Canvas extended five years

Our Canvas license has been renewed for another 5 years starting July 1, 2019.

Originally, it was anticipated that the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) and member colleges would be participating in a full Request for Proposal (RFP) process this academic year. However, due to ctcLink designs that are based on Canvas as our state Learning Management System (LMS), the SBCTC received permission to do a sole source contract for Canvas. This decision was approved by a unanimous vote among sister colleges to accept Canvas as the LMS of choice for the next five years.
