Coffee Airpots now available for check out

Greetings,

I am pleased to announce a coffee brewing station, AirPot, is now available for check-out for employees who want to provide coffee/tea during on-campus meetings.

Purpose:
AirPots provide an affordable and convenient solution to small, on-campus meetings of approximately 15-20 people. We are researching coffee/tea solutions for larger events.

Cost: A 15-cup AirPot package is $9 for regular coffee and $10 for decaf ($19 if you want one of each). This includes cups, stirrers, creamer, and sugar. A tea package is $5.00 and includes 15 tea packets of various flavors.

Process:

1. Request an AirPot on 25-Live under the resources tab after searching “coffee.” (See screenshot below.)

2. Fill out a Meal and Light Refreshment (MLR) form for the event and get it signed and approved by Jenifer Fenske (Room 5201).

3. Take your MLR form to Pilar Corder (Room 1015) to pick up the AirPot the day of the event.

4. At the end of each month, Pilar Corder will complete an expense transfer form to transfer expenses to individual department budgets.

5. Clean the AirPot and return it to Pilar Corder. For events scheduled before 12pm, AirPots are due back the same day. For events scheduled after 12pm, AirPots must be returned by noon of the following business day.
