The student came in just as the library was closing and needed software on a computer for an assignment. The library contacted Vlad and he stepped up to make it happen for this student so they could meet their assignment deadline. Way to go Vlad for making a difference in this student’s experience at Shoreline! Mary Blanchett, Lauren Bryant, and Brien Dickey at the library were helping this student.
