Respect and positivity
When I have problems with technology, I get snippy. My blood pressure goes up and I can even be downright rude. For YEARS, Patricia has been unfailingly positive, calm, and unflappable in responding to my requests, no matter what tone I use. She always calms me down (and solves my problem).
