Let’s keep up the great work! SBCTC shared great news with us this week. Here are the stats on account activation and logins! 

• Students are ~59% logged in 

• 2995 out of 5111 

• + CS Staff/Faculty are ~88% logged in 

• 421 out of 481 

• + HCM Employees are ~79% logged in 

• 635 out of 804

Important Student Dates: 

• Last Day to Register (early or on time): April 1  
• Last Day to Register without signature/approval April 8^th 
• Last Day to Register with signature/approval April 11^th 
• Tuition is due April 1^st by 3pm

Enrollment Reports: 

With the move to ctcLink we are updating our college enrollment reporting. The new Daily Enrollment Report (ENRALLOC) can be accessed on the new Report Server here. 

This report shows FTEs (full-time equivalent students) enrolled to date in the current registration quarter, Spring 2022. Final FTEs from the previous year quarter, Spring 2021, are provided for comparison. 

Because of the shortened enrollment period in Spring 2022, it is challenging to include comparisons in this report to a specific registration date last year.   

Look for weekly updates from the reporting team providing a sense of how enrollment looks compared to last year. 

*Note that the report is available to all Shoreline users; you must be on a college network and logged in to view the report.
