SCC: Waves of Gratitude

Waves of Gratitude for Cheryl Allendoerfer of Administrative Services for Inclusive Excellence and Rising to the occasion! Cheryl started a new position as a grant writer at Shoreline Community College and helped the nursing program write and submit a HEET grant with a very tight timeline on her first two weeks in her new position. Cheryl brought a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a “can do” spirit to a second year grant application when we were spread very thin at the quarter transition with CTC link activation. It was crucial to get this grant application completed on time to extend our efforts of developing program changes in the nursing program targeting inclusion and student success in nursing. She ensured we had a clear message and coordinated the process for the grant. I so appreciate her expertise and support on this project.
