College community,
I would like to alert you to road work and other activities that will be taking place on campus over the next several weeks related to construction of our Health Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing Classroom Complex (HSAMCC). Please note the following:
- June 13 -17: trenching work be conducted around the 2300 building. The double doors on the north end will not be accessible during these days, except for emergency purposes only.
- June 20 – 28: the access road north of campus around the construction site will be periodically reduced to one lane between 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Flaggers will be directing traffic during this time.
- June 29 – July 26: periodic road closures will occur from the east gate to staff parking across from FOSS. Local delivery access to FOSS will remain open. Staff parking in this area will still be available but not accessible from the southeast end of campus.
Please see attached maps for road closure information. Questions can be directed to Kim Clark, Director of Facilities and Capital Projects (kclark@shoreline.edu).
Thank you.
Bob Williamson
Acting Vice President for Business and Administrative Services
