Fiscal Stewardship and Accountability Share Point site

College community,

Good morning.  In keeping with the College’s commitment to transparency on the budget and other financial matters, I am pleased to announce the completion of a new Share Point site called Fiscal Stewardship and Accountability.  This site, which is available to all faculty, staff, and administrators, will centralize into one, easy-to-find location a wide range of important budget and fiscal reports, including:

• The approved annual operating budget and most recent cash reserve report.
• Monthly budget status reports, reflecting year-to-date revenues and expenses.
• The most recently completed Consolidated Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and state audit report.
• PowerPoint presentations used throughout the year as the budget is developed.
• A copy of the Budget 101 presentation.

I will be working with the Strategic Planning and Budget Council in the fall to identify other documents to add to the site.  You can also send suggestions directly to me.
