FOSS, Roofing Smell

Dear Shoreline Staff,

The College is aware that there is a smoke/burning smell coming from our roofing project.  Staff in FOSS are encouraged to work with their supervisor to:

1. Identify a secondary location and perhaps work from a laptop or other station in another building.
2. Move to a remote/home location and continue to work (through your normal workday). Please ensure that your online Zoom link options are open.

Our Shoreline Mechanical team is working with the roofing project company to mitigate these issues. We will flush the air system this evening as well.
