Student Life invites interested faculty and staff to participate in the inaugural Dive-In Leadership Conference which will take place on Friday, Feb. 24. Presenters are needed to share their knowledge and expertise with students on a variety of topics. Examples include:
- Marketing your leadership skills
- Time management/work-life balance
- Channeling your interests/passions into a career
- Building emotional intelligence and empathy skills
- Community organizing
- Skills for multicultural workspaces
- Working with diversity in mind
- Recognizing and supporting students in distress
- Successful self-care strategies
