Microsoft reports that recovery efforts continue to progress, and they are carefully implementing additional corrective measures to help restore full service. Microsoft is also closely monitoring affected services to ensure that improvements remain stable as recovery continues.
Users may continue to experience intermittent issues with Outlook, email, and other Microsoft 365 services while restoration efforts are underway. However, overall service availability continues to improve.
