Dear Campus Community,
Thank you to all who participated in this year’s commute trip reduction (CTR) survey. We had an amazing survey response rate at 60.15 %. This means we hit our goal set with WA State DOT for compliance.
Prize winners have been e-mailed separately and were drawn via random number generator.
What did we learn from the survey?
-64% of CTR-affected employees drive alone (working 35+ hours in a week, working M-F, and start their workday from 6am-9am)
-22% Work from Home (or work a hybrid schedule)
-8% use other resources to commute to work (light rail, rideshare, ferry, motorcycle, bicycle, walk, etc.)
-4% take the bus
-2% carpool
