DSHS is here at Shoreline!

Shoreline Community College will be hosting a co-located DSHS representative from the King North DSHS Community Service Office (CSO).  DSHS will be onsite every Wednesday and will be located in the Workforce Education office. DSHS staff can assist students who are receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits, or are interested in learning more about TANF and the WorkFirst program.  This partnership will help Shoreline Community College students gain better access to TANF, food assistance, medical benefits and child care assistance.  DSHS Services are available regardless of what county you live in.  Talk with a DSHS representative on Wednesdays, at the Shoreline Community College Workforce Education office.

Financial Services Moving to 2nd floor FOSS

The Financial Services Department is moving to the 5200 building on September 5, 2013.  Here’s some information that you may find useful:

  • Please continue to address campus mail to “Financial Services” and it will find its way to the correct person for processing.
  • Should you require a Petty Cash reimbursement or to check out a purchasing credit card on September 5th or 6th, you may do so at the Cashier Office located in the 5200 building.
  • Beginning on September 6th, custody of  Petty Cash and the purchasing credit cards will return to Lanay Gard, who will be located in office number 5204.

Thank you for your patience as we transition to our new location.
