Covid Booster Clinic December 1, 2022, at Shoreline Community College
SCC is hosting a COVID-19 booster clinic in cooperation with the University of Washington Health.
- When: Thursday, December 1, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Where: The main dining room in the PUB, Room 9215
- No appointment required.
- Bring your ID, your vaccine card, and wear a mask. Masks will be available to wear at the clinic as well.

Ajay Jamora has been asked by the Governor to serve on the Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission for Washington State

One of our new tenure track faculty, Ajay Jamora, has been asked by the Governor to serve on the Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission for Washington State.
Ajay has his PhD in Nursing and is a midwife. His work experience includes working with Maternity Support Services as well as serving as a Captain in the Army. Recently he has been very active in promoting Covid vaccinations on a State level. He is highly student focused and contributes to our work on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the nursing program.
It is exciting to have his voice on a state level as he seeks to serve nursing at all levels and impact change through policy.
He is poised to be an influencer both locally, statewide and nationally!

Did you know about our student carpool parking permit?
“Each quarter, Safety & Security offers free student carpool permits to students to park in the Greenwood Lot. To receive a carpool permit, a minimum of two students must apply together, show valid identification and course schedules, and be in classes three days a week (between 7am – 12pm). Carpool permit users must arrive together to use the permit. Violations can result in the permit being revoked. Student carpool parking is not available during summer quarter.” This permit is free to eligible student carpool riders.
